Ruth Fattori has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Today, she has her own consulting firm dedicated to advising board of directors, CEOs and senior executives on succession planning, leadership development and other human resources issues. She also serves as a Senior Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group supporting their CEO Advisory program and People and Organization Practice. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Quantum_Si (Nasdaq: QSI) and Hyperfine (Nasdaq: HYPR) where she chairs the Compensation Committees.
Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of PepsiCo Inc. In this role, Ruth was responsible for the company’s global HR function including talent acquisition, leadership development, learning, compensation and benefits, organizational management, and HR operations.
She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for MetLife. As a member of the executive leadership team, she was responsible for key functions across the enterprise, including audit, ethics and compliance, human resources, advertising and brand management, communications, contributions and community relations, as well as real estate, procurement and security. She also served as Chair of MetLife Foundation. Earlier, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Motorola.
A passionate advocate for education and for women in the community, Ruth served for more than 10 years as a Governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, including as chairperson for both the Pension and HR/Compensation Committees. Ruth received her Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University.
