How we hire

01. Introduction

We’re excited to meet you! The first step in the process will be an introductory call. We’ll discuss your experience, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for in your next role. You’ll also have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

02. Take-home assessment

Depending on the role, we may request that you complete a brief take-home assignment where you’ll be asked to solve a problem. In addition to your technical proficiencies, we’re looking to understand your thought process and how you approach certain situations and challenges.

03. Meet the team

We’ll invite you to speak with several of our incredible team members who will provide diverse perspectives on the role, our organization, and life at Identifeye Health. During these conversations, you’ll have more in depth discussions around your experience, qualifications, and professional background.

04. Chat with the CEO

Finally, we’d like to introduce you to our CEO, Vicky Demas! This is more of a conversation than an interview, ensuring you feel aligned with our mission and are passionate about the work we’re doing. Utilize this time to dig deep into Identifeye Health and get to know the leader of our groundbreaking organization.

05. References

During the interview process, your recruiter will ask you to prepare references to be contacted after your chat with our CEO. These conversations will allow us to get a better sense of you and how you work best, while also providing us with context on your past experience.
